We have favourable rates starting from EUR 160

To book your accommodation and detailed information about availability, please use the online registration link. The hotel booking form will follow straight after the completion of the registration.

Cancellation of Hotel reservation:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellation of hotel reservations will be accepted until 2 April 2010, up to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 60. We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after 2 April.

Change of booking:

Any change to a reservation must be notified to Congrex and not directly to the hotel. The changes should be made in writing and are subject to a handling fee of EUR 30
