A number of hotels in different price categories, ranging from luxury hotels to budget hotels, have been pre-booked for the Congress, situated in Central London and the Docklands Area. We have favourable rates starting from EUR 160

Cancellation of Hotel reservation:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellation of hotel reservations will be accepted until 2 April 2010, up to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 60. We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after 2 April.

Change of booking:

Any change to a reservation must be notified to Congrex and not directly to the hotel. The changes should be made in writing and are subject to a handling fee of EUR 30

Please note that we work on fist come first served basis.

General terms and conditions:

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her reservation, the participant accepts this proviso.
