REGISTRATION:
1. What is included in the registration fee?
Answer: The registration fee includes:
• Admission to the Congress and the Exhibition
• Congress Documentation
• Daily tea/coffee
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party
2. What is included in the registration fee for accompanying persons?
Answer: The registration for accompanying persons includes:
• Opening Ceremony / Welcome Party
• Afternoon Tea at Harrods
• London Eye and Westminister Abbey
Please note that the accompanying persons’ registration fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions or the congress documentation.
PAYMENT:
1. What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:
1) American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard
may be used for all charges. Please indicate card number and expiry date on the registration form.

For your security, we do not accept your credit card details on hardcopy forms, by email, fax or phone. You will receive a link, by email, which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway (DIBS). You should expect to receive an email from (1.01 parameters email address) which will detail your account overview and include the secure link for payment.

Please do not forget to indicate the payment reference number 1002/and the serial number appearing on your confirmation and the name of the participant on all money transfers.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
1. If I for some reason need to cancel my registration for the EAACI 2010 Congress, what rules apply and will you refund me the registration fee?
Answer: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until 6 April 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 75 for administrative expenses. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after 6 April 2010.
Another option if you would be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 60 will be charged for the name change.
2. If I for some reason need to cancel a social event that I have booked, what rules apply and will you refund me the total amount?
Answer: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 6 April 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 6 April 2010. Please note that the registration of social events will be cancelled if Congrex Sweden has not received the payment by 6 April 2010.
3. If I for some reason need to cancel my hotel booking, what rules apply and will you refund me the deposit paid?
Answer: Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 2 April 2010, up to which date the full deposit will be refunded less an administrative cost of EUR 60. After 2 April 2010, Congrex Travel regrets that the hotel deposit can not be refunded. Please do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are handled by Congrex Travel.
TRANSPORTATION:
1. How do I book discounted EAACI flight tickets to London?
When booking online you will be automatically granted a discount of up to 20% on Star Alliance Member Airlines.
2. How do I get from the airport to central London?
The fastest way to get to London City from Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports is to take an Express train to one of the train stations connecting to the Underground System and Bus Network. The cost of the train ticket is 14-16 GBP.
From London City airport the best way is to take the DLR which easily connects to the Underground. Luton airport is served by several bus companies, the cheapest being Easybus.
Taxi rides through the city centre may take long time due to traffic congestion.
3. How do I get to the Congress Centre (ExCeL)
The nearest Underground station to ExCeL is Custom House Station.
4. How do I get from Victoria Station to ExCeL?
Take Circle line or District line heading east, change at Westminster to Jubilee line heading east. Change at Canning Town to Docklands Light Railway (DLR) heading east and get off at Custom House Station for Excel.
5. How do I get from Paddington Station to ExCeL?
Take Bakerloo line heading east, change at Baker Street heading south on Jubilee line. Change at Canning Town to Docklands Light Railway (DLR) heading east and get off at Custom House Station for Excel.
6. How do I get from Liverpool Street Station to ExCeL?
Take Central line heading west, change at Bank Station to Docklands Light Railway (DLR) heading east direction Beckton. Get off at Custom House Station for Excel.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
1. Will I be able to receive a certificate of attendance during the congress?
Answer: Yes! A certificate of attendance will be placed in your congress bag for collection when you arrive to ExCeL.
CME CREDITS:
1. Will EAACI offer continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for the Congress in London?
Answer: Yes!
2. How many CME credits will the Congress assign?
Answer: The amount of CME credits that will be assigned on the EAACI 2010 in London will be announced on the congress web site prior to the event, check out

Information and instructions on how to apply for CME credits will be included in the congress bag.
LETTER OF INVITATION:
1. If I need a letter of invitation in order to obtain a VISA, who do I contact?
Answer: Delegates requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Congress should direct a request to the Congress Secretariat in Stockholm at
eaaci-visa@congrex.com
before 3 May 2010. Please be informed that a letter of invitation will only be issued to registered delegates and when Congrex Sweden AB has received full payment. 1. What are the exhibition opening hours?
Answer: Provisional Exhibition Dates and Opening Hours*
The exhibition will be open during the following times:

Tuesday 8 June, 09.00 – 17.30
*The Congress Organisers reserve the right to modify these times if needed.
CLIMATE AND DRESS CODE:
1. How do I dress for the Congress?
Answer: The dress code will be informal throughout the Congress.
2. What is the weather like in London during the time of the Congress?
