EXHIBITION Location The exhibition will be held at the ExCeL London, located at the Royal Victoria Dock, London. EAACI 2010 will offer more than 2600 m2 of flat-floor exhibition space in the South Building Halls 6-8, which allows for a wide variety of stand configurations including free build and shell scheme. Refreshment points, a lounge area, the adjacent Poster Exhibition and an IT café will be integrated into the exhibition area to maximise the time delegates spend in this area, and to create a hub for the Congress. The exhibition area is also part of the day-to-day traffic flow, being as it is in the delegate path to some of the plenary rooms. Profile Of Attendance Over 7000 participants are expected to attend EAACI 2010, making the Congress one of the biggest in the world within this field. The attractiveness and convenience of London as a venue combined with the strong scientific and educational programme makes us confident of achieving an excellent attendance at this Congress. Costs Space Rental Only - €650.00 per square metre (exclusive of VAT). Optional Shell Scheme Packages - €800.00 per square metre (exclusive of VAT) We have negotiated a package rate for organisations wishing to purchase stand space inclusive of shell scheme. The Manual and the Order Forms will be available through a link from this web site (January/February 2010). You will be sent an email notifying you when the manual is available for download. Please do note that some of the forms in the Technical Manual are mandatory and must be completed by the deadline given. Application For Exhibition Stand Space Any organisation wishing to participate in the exhibition should complete the Contract for Exhibition Space, indicating first, second and third choice of stand, or multiples of stands, and return it to the address or fax number at the bottom of the form. The space request is fully confirmed only when the contract is received. Exhibitors have a payment deadline of 30 days from receipt of the invoice.
